Meghan Havill
Travel Coordinator
Meghan has been passionate about discovering and exploring new places for as long as she can remember. As a dedicated Travel Coordinator based in Madison, Wisconsin, she is on a mission to help people create amazing, fun-filled memories they’ll be looking back on for years to come. She is an advocate of investing in experiences as opposed to things because memories last a lifetime. Keeping this in mind, she creates tailored personalized itineraries for her clients catering to their unique set of interests and needs.
When she isn’t coordinating client travel, Meghan loves relaxing at the beach, scuba diving, running (or at least the idea of it), and going on cruises. She is also a wine, Disney, and sports aficionado. Her favorite vacation spot is Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where she had her destination wedding. Above all, she enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with her loved ones. She is the proud mother of a beautiful one-year-old boy. He does his best to always keep her on her toes.

Valarie Dennis
Travel Coordinator
Valarie is a wife, a mom, and grandmother living in Orange County, CA, and recently retired from over 25 years in Big Law. She has always been an avid traveler. She has a partner in crime, her husband of almost 40 years, Michael. Their number 1 goal after retirement was to expand their travel adventures. Almost anywhere in Europe is on her bucket list. She has traveled on Ocean Cruises, River Cruises, Escorted Coach Tours and independent travel. She loves architecture, especially interesting doors. She has been helping family and friends for years, informally, find the best way for them to experience travel and get what they want out of it. With more time on her hands, Valarie has decided that she would take the next step and become an “official” travel coordinator.
Valarie has traveled extensively throughout France, Spain, England, Scotland, the Caribbean, the Netherlands, Italy, Scandinavia, Germany, and parts of Russia. She has been to several of the Hawaiian Islands and Alaska. She has a lengthy bucket list of places to explore, both domestically and internationally.
When she isn’t planning her next adventures, you can find her at Orangetheory trying to work off those vacation calories or spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends.

Michaelyn Pouncey
Travel Coordinator
Michaelyn is a wife and mother of four whose love of Disney is only rivaled by her love of watching people visit Disney on YouTube. Up until recently, she was your classic California resident who lives for beaches and In-N-Out. Suddenly she finds herself in Nashville, Tennessee and is learning the ropes of being a Southern gal. Not to mention that she is now the mother of a fluffy Goldendoodle who looks extra adorable in Mickey ears.
Travel is always in the forefront of Michaelyn’s mind and she tries to squeeze a vacation in whenever and however she can. For example, she recently went on a 24 hour trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and also managed to turn her cross country move into a classic Route 66 experience. Michaelyn’s bags are always packed and ready for fun…mostly because she hates unpacking.

Sallie Putnam
Travel Coordinator
Disney World is a place where dreams are made, and this is exactly what happened to Sallie during a trip there with her mother. She felt that last little nudge she needed in order to step out and pursue her dream of planning unforgettable vacations for others. Sallie has loved traveling and seeing the world from the time she was a little girl going on vacations with her family. She even embraced the opportunity to help her brother move his seven cats and one dog by driving with them for 18 hours only stopping for gas and food. Sallie can make any venture into an adventure. She always has a vacation plan brewing in the back of her mind and has a lifetime goal of visiting every continent.
Sallie is a wife and mom of two beautiful and rambunctious little girls and lives in Greenville, SC. She is a proud graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and loves sharing tips and tricks for making of the most of your time on a Disney vacation. She firmly believes that every vacation can and should be tailored to each individual. Whether you are hoping to travel with your spouse, with family, with a group of friends, or even solo; Sallie can create the perfect trip for you!

Ashleigh Bergh
Travel Coordinator
Ashleigh’s enthusiasm for travel and exploring new destinations comes from her passion for reading and her abundance of curiosity (with a little bit of daydreaming in the mix!). As a dedicated Travel Coordinator based in Raleigh, North Carolina, her goal is to help her clients create the best trip possible, specifically tailored just for them, wherever they may be headed. Her planning mantra is that no two people, families, or groups of friends are alike – and your vacation shouldn’t be, either!
In addition to the energy she brings to working with clients and coordinating their travel, Ashleigh co-hosts a theme park-focused podcast and dedicates her time to raising critical funds for a variety of non-profit organizations and charities. At any given moment, you’ll probably find her spinning on her Peloton, training for her next runDisney race, devouring a new book, snuggling with her pup, Nala, or eating her way around the Raleigh, NC area. She is a Disney Parks super nerd-ette and loves to share hidden gems with her Disney clients. (Breakfast in an empty France at Epcot? Ask her how!) Her favorite place on earth (next to Walt Disney World) is in a small pub in Killarney, Ireland, and her favorite color is leopard print or glitter on anything.
When she isn’t planning her next adventures, you can find her at Orangetheory trying to work off those vacation calories or spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends.

Jill Barnes
Travel Coordinator
Jill grew up in Florida with a family who loved to travel. She fondly recalls ski vacations, a California road trip, visits to Key West and Washington DC, an Alaskan Cruise, and a two week tour throughout Italy. Sometimes vacations were just the immediate family of four but more often than not, there were three generations as a party of 14. When her family wasn’t vacationing, she was able to enjoy many Florida tourist destinations as part of school field trips. Travel stalled while Jill studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at Auburn University. Overall, she has worked a variety of roles throughout the hospitality industry over the last 20yrs. From experiencing service as a consumer and providing it, she has high customer service expectations and wants to provide that same level of service to her clients.
Currently, Jill and her family of five live in metro Atlanta. During school breaks, they return to The Sunshine State to spend time with family and always try to squeeze in a visit to their happy place. Her three daughters love Walt Disney World as much as she does, and also enjoy participating in runDisney events too! Over the years she became the go-to friend for Disney advice. In 2018, she spent her minimal free time planning her family’s first Disney Cruise, this time it was four generations as a party of 11. All the hours of planning and preparing led up to an unforgettable vacation and it made her want to help family and friends have their own unforgettable vacations.
Jill’s personal and professional experiences give her a unique perspective when helping clients with their next travel plans. She has enjoyed planning everything from multigenerational cruises for large families, first-time family vacations to Walt Disney World, romantic European River Cruises, and runDisney weekends. She is eager to share her knowledge of traveling with large groups and/or young children so clients can stress less about the planning and focus more on enjoying their upcoming vacation.

Alicia Green
Travel Coordinator
Disney, Running, and Traveling have all been a part of Alicia’s life for as long as she can remember. Her love of Disney started from a young age, that was passed down from her mother. That love grew bigger for Disney when she experienced her first trip to Walt Disney World during the 25th Anniversary celebration, a trip she still cherishes. Having been back to Walt Disney World several times since that initial trip, she always loves experiencing the magic all over again.
Alicia’s running journey began with high school cross country and continued afterwards as hobby and daily joy. Over the last decade, she has incorporated her love of running with traveling by seeking out Runcations whenever possible. Growing up, Alicia also traveled countless times to various theme parks across the Midwest. Her family was always looking for the thrill rides, taking multiple trips to Cedar Point for all the top roller coasters.
Alicia is a wife and mother of 2 beautiful girls currently living in Fishers, Indiana. Alicia loves to stay updated on all the Disney news, as well as learn all the tips and tricks from Disney bloggers to share with anyone who loves to talk Disney or plan their next trip.
